OPG Deklić from Ferenci, Ferenci 47, Vižinada 52447, VAT: 01783675504, as the controller of personal data processing, according to their own conception, declares to be consistently protecting personal data, respecting personal privacy and processing all received personal data responsibly, respectfully and in accordance with positive legal regulations.

On 25th May 2018 entered into application the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC/ EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, 4 May 2016, hereinafter referred to as „General Data Protection Regulation“ or „GDPR“), which concerns the processing of personal data of natural persons laying down rules for their processing. What information do we collect and why?

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and for a specific purpose – for the services and products of OPG Deklić. The personal information we collect are:

What are your rights regarding your personal data protection?

OPG Deklić respects the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation and fully participates in the protection of your rights. The rights everyone has are:

The right of access – You have the right to request a copy of your personal information. We may charge you a small fee for this service

The right to rectification – Any information that you believe to be incorrect you can request it to be corrected. You also have the right to ask for updating any information you discover might be incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transmit the information we have collected to another organization or directly to you under certain conditions

Only a limited number of employees bound by discretion can have access to your personal information, which is regulated by undertaking technical and administrative measures. We do not transmit your personal information to third parties nor we allow third parties to know them (outside OPG Deklić), with exception of those individuals who guarantee the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures in the way that the processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation and that it assures protection of your rights and who have signed a written contract with our company in which certain data processing tasks are set out and they are obliged to comply with the legislation on the personal data processing and protection (the so called “contract controller”).

Your personal data are protected within our systems and processes and by technical and organizational measures we apply their protection is assured. Contract controllers may process personal data only within our instructions and are not allowed to process personal data for their own purposes. They and their employees are obliged to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. Contract controllers do not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European economic area – EU Member States, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).

The exercise or rights

Requests concerning the exercise of rights regarding personal data in written form should be sent to the email address: info@vina-deklic.com or by post to: OPG Deklić, Ferenci 47, 52447 Vižinada, with the indication: „GDPR“. For the purposes of a reliable identification, in the case of the exercise of personal data rights, we may ask you for additional information, and we can only refuse to do so if we prove that you cannot be reliably identified. We will respond to your request on the basis of which you exercise your rights regarding personal information without undue delay and within one month at the latest from receiving the request. Lastly, we assure you that your information is securely protected and that we dispose of it in the way we would like others to dispose of our data.
