Both units are on the 1st floor boasting a stunning view of the sea, green nature and the Alps in Winter days and early Spring. One unit is ideal for up to 6 persons and comprises 3 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen with dining room and living area, two bathrooms and a large sheltered terrace. The second unit is ideal for 4 persons and is composed of 2 bedrooms, a rustic fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living area and two marvelous sheltered terraces overlooking the pool and the surroundings.
The property is set in a fenced garden with a 34m2 swimming pool, playground, sheltered terrace with table and chairs for up to 10 people with an outdoor fireplace and private parking place for 4 cars.
Guests are welcome to visit the vinery and have a guided wine tasting experience. While sipping some of the native Istrian wine varieties such as: Malvasia, Teran and Muskat do not miss the occasion to learn as well about the technology of wine production.
